Spanning 55,590 sqm, Al Raha Village is a fully integrated accommodation community designed to provide a comfortable, secure, and well-equipped living environment for workers and staff.

LOCATION

Located adjacent to Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM), near the Rusayl Industrial Estate and Sultan Qaboos University. 10 minutes from Oman Botanic Garden, 15 Minutes from Muscat city center and 40 minutes to Haytham City.

Strategically located at KOM, and less than 3 Kilometers away from the Rusayl Industrial Estate, ‘Masaken al Raha’ will be built over a total land plot of about 55,590 sqm, with an option to expand to 148,000 sqm.

NUMBER OF BUILDINGS

When the development phase is completed, the township will host a total of 16 workers buildings and 9 senior buildings, while providing all of them with a full range of facilities and services integrated in the ground floor level.

The township shall include central kitchens, mess halls, outdoor and indoor recreational facilities, a health center, a transportation hub, commercial and recreational spaces.

‘Masaken al Raha’ is supported by the PEIE (Public Establishment for Industrial Estates – Oman) who are also providing the plot on which the project is being built.

Recreational Facilities

The building interiors have many recreation spaces and are well distributed to cater for all tenants.

Retail Stores

A total area of 1600 sqm has been designated as retail outlets and are located at ground level of the buildings

Mess Hall

Includes an international standard kitchen with an internal area of 560 sqm, and a mess hall with an area of 2700 sqm

Medical Center

A 24/7 functioning medical center provides first aid and basic medical treatments for all the tenants.

Security & Safety

The buildings were designed with Security being a key factor.

Transportation Hub

An easy accessible bus park is located right outside the boundaries of the project.
